25,000 Hits - Fairly Odd Parents2

This is the second Fairly Odd Parents section of my 25,000 Hit commemorative pic, with two characters who really need no introduction (not that their son would ever truly WANT to introduce them).  Granted, they haven't appeared like this in quite some time. In fact, I can't help but wonder if they'll ever appear like this again. But seeing as how the theme of my pic was "Hartman's Heroes", it seemed only fitting.

This pic had quite a few challenges.  While drawing muscular characters is really nothing new to me, drawing them in FOP style (which I've never done before) meant having to follow a few set rules.  All in all, though, I think they turned out quite well (even if one of them is mostly obscured).
