Some VERY Special Birthday Candles.

So here we come to request #3.  A bit earlier than most of my postings, but time was of the essence on this one.

This one comes to us by way of , who wanted me to draw a pic for her friend's birthday (for the record, I meant to personalize the cake in this pic, but she never told me her friend's name).  At first, she just wanted me to draw a pic, featuring his favorite Danny Phantom girl, Ember McLain.  But then, she came to me and wanted me to include another one of his favorite animated females, Terra from Teen Titans.  Naturally, this was a bit of a curve ball for me, because while I've been dabbling in the DCAU style, I hadn't tried the Teen Titans style, specifically.  But I gave it my best shot and all things considered, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it all turned out.

For the record, the swimsuit styles were entirely my idea, with 's knowledge and approval, of course.  For Terra, I chose a black sling bikini.  Racy, to be sure, but I also chose it for a bit of humor as well.  Since, in the animated series, Terra has virtually NO figure to speak of, it's hard to deny that this particular style of swimwear is pretty much wasted on her.  Ember, meanwhile, has no such issues, as she's rocking a familiar skull head swimsuit that I put her in once before, in my pic, "It's Not Always About the Hunting" (seen here...).  I liked how that design turned out the first time, so when this opportunity came up to put Ember in another provocative position, this seemed like the perfect opportunity to bring it back.

Well, that's my little back story into this pic.  , I hope this pic turns out to be everything you wanted and I hope your friend enjoys it (as well as has a happy birthday).  As for everyone else, I hope you like what you see as well.  And if you have a birthday coming up, since there's no name on the cake, except for the person who requested the pic, feel free to take this as a birthday pic of your own, if you'd like.^_^

UPDATE:  I'm normally not a fan of altering a picture once I've completed it.  However, this is one of the few cases I ended up making an exception.  The thing is, I ended up making Terra's boobs too big and frankly, it was driving me crazy.  So I went back and tweaked the pic a bit.  Hope nobody minds.^_^
